I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time

    Pros

Steep learning curve for the first 1 and half year. The talent pool is pretty good and the work culture is very vibrant

    Cons

Middle management is not up to the mark. Their ADLs are not as capable as the DLs who left the company and it reflected in their revenues as well

I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A lot of reviews here are biased. As someone who was pessimistic about Mu Sigma to begin with, here is my honest review-

    Learning curve is high
Work environment is fun and lively
Your peers will be smart and will push you
Good resources to learn as much as you can
Sometimes between projects your workload will be a light for a week or so. This is normally when you are transitioning into a new project. You can use this time to learn if you wish
    Good Infrastructure

    Cons

Salary is low for amount of hours you put in
Disorganized approach to work, and sometimes desperate need to impress will stretch hours.
From what I see, 70% of people will work minimum 12 hours. Rest might have easier timings depending on project
5 lac bond or as they say "agreement" makes things harder. I don't mind working hard, just not comfortable with the idea of being bound to a company with less stability.
Tier 1 college people this is probably not for you

Ps- Be prepared to work very hard. If you don't you will not make it past MSU.

    Advice to Management

    Nope

I worked at Mu Sigma full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Used to be a great place to learn with good and motivated leaders. Only place to start learning analytics in a structured and lasting manner.

    Cons

Doesn't care at all about the employee.
The company pays so less that after switching from here I felt overpaid for a whole( which I later realized is market standard)
Bad bond system had given managers a sense of dictatorship. The companies does anything with the employees as they know that any resignation has a 6months notice period and calls for return of 5 Lack rupees which is initially offered as joining bonus/bond bonus

    Advice to Management

Value the people. If you value the people and give them respect, perks and free will; they can turn the world upside down for you. That's how the greatest companies in the world thrive!
