I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Best place to start the career in analytics

    Cons

Compromises depth for width and scale. Large scale people management comes at very early stage.

    Advice to Management

Don't keep basking on the past glory .... Today's customers want more. Simple descriptive and inquisitive analytics is not sufficient for them to pay the hefty rate.

There are umpteen companies who have gone ahead of Mu Sigma in terms of capability. Instead of just doing more of rudimentary work, focus on building cutting edge capabilities. Otherwise, it will be replaced by KPOs/Product companies/AI solutions after few years.
