    - Learning culture
    - Learning Infrastructure
    - Exposure to complete analytics business
    - Youthfulness and Energy
    - Teaches 'jugaad' by application
    - Logical and repetitive review of company ideology
    - Not "Just another company" there is a solid vision and hunger in the founder

    Cons

    - Too much pressure
    - Knowledge is not preserved due to too much attrition, you have to reinvent the wheel
    - Six month notice period and Bond
    - Salary

    Advice to Management

    The company is using probably every retention strategy in the book and still, people are leaving. If that does not call for soul searching I don't know what does.

    Please do let the people, who have failed the round one, the kind of performance they put on.

    Pros

    Good cafeteria
    Good staff
    Superb work
    You will have better future if you work in musigma for 2 years
    Musigma will provide an opportunity to become a trainee decision scientist for musigma employees :)

    Cons

    We should spend some extra tym to meet deadlines.Even though working hrs have changed from 1pm to 10pm we should work hard to meet dead lines
