Great learning opportunities, great people, must be willing to work through ambiguity

    Pros

You will be given a ton of responsibility off the bat as an entry-level employee Exposure to leadership inside the org and withing client organizations Infinite learning opportunities

    Cons

The company still operates very much like a startup - this keeps it fun, but it also means it is chaotic, and you will need to be willing to work through ambiguity

    Pros

Learning opportunities.. (well.. you are pushed into deep waters, so, you either learn to swim or sink) Exposure to Fortune 150 clients 2 out of 10 managers you come across would be really good.

    Cons

Out of words here. I never came across any organization where managers are so ruthless with their subordinates. Sheer dictatorship!! Every possible attempt is made to make you realize that you are worthless. HR team in the US is almost non-existent. Beware..This company was involved with fraudulent activities. You will be on the verge of suing this company considering the mental and emotional abuse you may have to go through. Engagement managers think they are the smartest beings in the world. They will loathe and detest you if you don't think like them.
