Mu Sigma work culture
Jun 5, 2019 - Decision Scientist in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Fast paced learning curve. Direct conversation with clients ranging from Senior VPs to Data Analysts. Really good company for a fresher to get on board with the corporate culture.
Cons
Work life balance might be stretched thin in some accounts and while working with some clients. Feels like an advanced version of college life thereby not getting people ready for the work culture of other companies.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Good place to work for in terms of learning and exposure.
Dec 15, 2013 - Business Analyst in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Helps in developing a good business sense of the industry and help learn things across many dimensions
Cons
Compensations are not up to the industry standard and work / life balance is not good as a result attrition rate is very high.

Great Learning Minimal Pay
Apr 19, 2016 - Responsable De Clientèle/Responsable Logistique in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The training given here is very good as well as that you get a good exposure at a very young age. You would be dealing with country heads or VP just after getting an account. The peer group you get is one of the best and most of the employees are between 22-25 years.
Cons
However the pay is very less compared to industry standards and no work life balance. You are supposed to solve typical business problems instantaneously. The attrition rate is very high and affects the morale of the employees.

The people who work there, the learning and projects you get to work on.
Cons
Unstable management. Not so great work life balance but for the learning you might have to sacrifice time

One among the best
Sep 12, 2015 - Decision Scientist in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
No hierarchy means you can go talk to anyone at anytime have discussions/healthy arguments. The company is full of people less than 25 yrs that's why you see a lot of energy on the floor and also you would make lot of friends. It is also a very good place to work having no micro management and a great culture which makes it a excellent place to learn new things and try new things. You get important roles in the company pretty early in your life.
Cons
First year salary could have been higher. Work life balance could be bad in case of some teams (there are several teams where people leave by 5-6 also).

An amazing place to learn & grow individually
Mar 3, 2021 - Apprentice Leader in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Immense learning opportunity - Ample scope for experimentation with the projects hence you get to learn a lot - Client exposure & interaction - Young employee culture - A few fantastic leaders who truly help you grow as professionals
Cons
- Minus the below in case you ONLY intend to learn a lot in your field work - Zero appreciation - Below average compensation packages - Very sad work & life balance or as they call it 'Work Life Harmony' - Terrible company politics - Long employee work hours - Very high attrition rate
