I worked at Muehlstein (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great, hard working coworkers. Once sale of company was announced, many employees were treated badly; if you had worked there a long time, you did okay because of your stock.

    Cons

When company was sold, employees were let go (of course), but little communication from the top.

    Advice to Management

Don't buy everything your "consultants" tell you.
