I have been working at Mullen Group as a contractor

    Pros

Because I own MullenGlobal and I Jason Mullen have faced odds and went from a 12 person group to 60 million in under three months and I'm on global network administrator for Google Facebook Instagram Twitter and many many many more

    Cons

Finding the encrypted money and dealing with all the licenses and paperwork not to mention the fact that along with my great accomplishment stats altered history made my partners are involved in a one app launch that connects all major and semi major social accounts as one account meaning you do a post on Facebook he posted something on Facebookthen all other social outlet signed up get posted as well the same time... during my experimenting I've reached more people with the word the 10 people watching Super Bowl Sunday it's just the beginning

    Advice to Management

Be on the ball and be dead on the game or your next job will not be just as great and you'll be in denial

    Pros

Reasonable Wages and a relatively respectful environment make it a (sometimes) enjoyable place to go to work.

    Cons

Poor medical plan which changes after 5 years.
Can pay up to $120/ month for benefits up to sixth year of employment then it becomes free and coverage improves.

    Advice to Management

They need to worry less about management bonuses and micro management systems such as outdated "Peoplenet" tracking and concentrate on morale issues and employee betterment.
