I have been working at Mullen Lowe Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lines of hierarchy blur, making everyone accessible and a friend. An excellent work culture.

    Cons

The salary. The lack of process within the creative & servicing floors to enable smoother operations and work management.

    Pros
