      Pros

      My immediate team and direct manager were great and really supportive.

      Cons

      The office culture was poor and the overall company management was awful. People felt pressured to stay way later than working hours even if they didn't have anything left to get done. Some people in the office were reluctant to go to HR because it became clear they didn't have the employees best interests in mind. In our office in particular, promotions and raises were basically non-existent and turnover was very high.

      Provides colourful culture to mask the school like structure and very low pay regardless of your role, high turner over, money hungry

      Friends I made in . my time here

      Cons

      A toxic environment overall, management need to pay attention to these things to prevent such a high turn over. Promotions are given on who is friends with who and a whole lot of butt kissing
