I worked at Multi-Fineline Electronix full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

This company has a very friendly environment. They are a tight knit group that works well together and are always willing to help each other out. Flexible schedules for all.

    Cons

Although they are a tight knit group they are slow to welcome in new comers. Advancement opportunities are very limited.

Keep CEO and CFO and change out rest of exec team.

I worked at Multi-Fineline Electronix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Everyone leaves at 5:30 pm and there is little pressure. Just a dog and pony show to impress investors. Headquarters for a sweatshop in China.

    Cons

At the very end of its US operations, but it had a good run.
Now nothing more than a shell of its former glory.
Management (or at least what is left) has poor ethical standards and has no influence in Chinese operations.
If you are not Chinese and don't want to move to China, your days are numbered. Otherwise, this place is for you.
No future, US operations likely lasts less than 3 more years. Another US company turned Chinese.
Better look elsewhere, as they sold there building to DDI and are now leasing. Who does that?

    Advice to Management

Change jobs as your job is soon moving to China.

    Pros

Working environment in general is OK. Well organized global process for operation. Good benefit. Overal culture is fair enough.

    Cons

Slow proto sample build for supporting customers. It may take disadvantage to win the new projects. Otherwise general is alright.

    Advice to Management

Improved proto samples build would help the business development a lot. The quality of products is OK in general.
