    Pros

Salaries and benefits are relatively good.

    Cons

Despite the fact that this family owned business has occassional group prayers (not sure if that's even legal), this company has many mean, back-stabbing employees especially in the customer service department.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be aware of how some of their "favorite employees" have agendas to alienate coworkers in order to make themselves look good.

    Pros

    Can't think of any Pros.

    Cons

The customer service and accounting departments are filled with manipulative unprofessional people who care about no one but themselves. Management is clueless. Turnover is very high. If you want to be treated with respect do not work here! Basically no training for new hires. Corporate culture is basically the script from the movie Mean Girls.

    Advice to Management

Realize that your Customer Service Rep Shining Stars smile to your face but are the nastiest people to work with. They trash talk management consistently and you don't even realize what's going on.
