      One of the worst places I've ever worked

      None. Never waste your time working here.

      I wish I could give negative stars. One of the most toxic, disgusting places I've ever worked. After such a short time (I'm talking less than 2 weeks), management decided I wasn't learning the material quick enough. The trainer left so often to handle other matters I could barely pick up the material to begin with, so how exactly would anyone learn anything cGMP related in such a short time?? The culture is so toxic and almost everyone there is new or relatively new. Extremely unprofessional, do yourself a favor and work ANYWHERE else. I wish I listened to the other reviews before ever giving this horrible place the time of day.

      Pros

      The people there work very hard even with outdated ways of working like completing manual paperwork for each client.

      Cons

      The Management team and owners have unrealistic expectations of staff. They often talk down to staff and make the environment hostile. People are constantly leaving. Work life balance is not respected and management constantly doubles your workload & care about the bottom line more than your well-being. It’s frowned upon if you leave your desk for lunch. HR will not get involved even they know management is doing something wrong. There is a complete lack of professionalism and respect staff.

      A great way to gain experience

      Poor benefits, poor pay, terrible work-life balance, no time off, HR victim blames and threatens employees not to report her behavior during private meetings, unprofessional environment, disorganized, company will not invest in ways to make things easier and more efficient, compromises quality in order to meet unrealistic deadlines promised to customers
