I have been working at Mundipharma International full-time

    Pros

Great team, great management. Excellent support to employees, good benefits program. Good path to further career development. Good pay.

    Cons

High workload during busy periods. Can sometimes be left to deal with issues with limited help, but will help if issues still can't be resolved - have an escalation route in place.

I worked at Mundipharma International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Mostly young team with a relatively flat structure, staff benefits and events are second to none. Compensation is high as well. Company is growing at a spectacular pace so one will never be bored.

    Cons

This is a highly political place between the management team the effects of which are born by the staff. Turnover is high, and although they pay well they make sure to milk you for it. Awards are bought and staff are given a false sense of unity when really most of them are so stressed out they end up turning on their colleagues. There are plenty of arrogant and rude seniors as well.

    Advice to Management

Make the performance review a two way street instead of just having reviews conducted from top down .

I worked at Mundipharma International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Colleagues are friendly
    Lush offices
    Nice subsidised canteen

    Cons

Senior management lack vision and strategy
Absent pipeline, all major products are now in decline due to generic entry and lack of investment in new drugs
Operates as many badly coordinated silos under the flawed Mundipharma umbrella
    Shocking IT systems

    Advice to Management

Huge investment required in new systems, complete de-layering of middle management, a new CEO and new strategists required to take the company out of the downward trajectory it now finds itself in

I have been working at Mundipharma International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Start up company with a lot of challenges. As the teams are reduced, we can learn a lot in same position doing the activities of more than one person. It means, interact with all departments and act in all stages of product registration: since the submission until the launch.

    Cons

A lot of changes in the company direction, that results in loss of effort. The other point is the hight turnover that cause an insecure environment for the employes

    Advice to Management

Do not change the management people a lot. Besides the insecurite that it cause, it changes the direction of the team and the work
