    Advice to Management

Review your middle management they are there just to keep a contract not for the workers.

    Pros

    Great people
    Great trainers.
Managers skills are not the best but they make up for it buy going out of there way to get you what you the help you need.
Honesty goes a long way here.

    Cons

Pay is decent but below what others companies are paying for same skill set, with less work envolved.

    Advice to Management

Stop holding out on raises that have been authorized by mundy cooperation. Mundy catch up on pay to reduce your turnover rate. You'll end up with a better qualified line of experienced loader. Able to handle the most defficult obstacles. Making your company more valuable to the company your supporting.

I have been working at Mundy Companies full-time

    Pros

The only pro is to be able to put down on your resume that you work.

    Cons

Company is not stable. Slaves to ascend employees especially upper management. No employee recoginition. Benefits are horrible. No corporate support. Sad place to work. No pay raises, maybe 2 percent cost of living if ascend feels like you are ok

    Advice to Management

Corporate needs to check on empkoyees at the decatur plant. Management is a puppet to ascend. Management is uneducated and and doesnot understand work ethics. Corporate never come and talk to employees. It is so unfairand nobody car e

    Pros

They have begun to increase pay to be more competitive.

    Cons

Insurance is unaffordable, no 401k, and management is still unprofessional and can't relate to technical issues.

    Advice to Management

    1) You get what you pay for. Benefits are a given these days to attract experienced people.
    2) Don't expect to be able to run the technical department with a pipefitter manager.
