    Pros

Sincere management communications and actions are taken.

    Cons

A true culture of transparency is lacking.

    Advice to Management

Greater transparency is needed and repeatedly for clarity and progress towards the attainment of company goals. Employees will respect and respond to this approach much more than current standard management practices. Full transparency leads to greater honesty, more honesty leads to more trust, more trust leads to the most efficient company possible.
