I worked at Munters full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Not a high pressure employer.
Work four 10 hour shifts. Overtime always available.

    Cons

Upper management is the biggest problem. Afraid to seriously invest in equipment and technology that would result in faster production and better end results. Will not invest in "commercial" quality tools.
Middle management are not people of their word.

    Advice to Management

Stop the cronyism. Most of upper/middle management are former employees (and friends) from a manufacturer where, when they left, increased profitability substantially. There is a reason for that....give it some thought.

    Pros

Global name recognition. Energy efficient products.

    Cons

Very unethical company, they ship products that don't work very well and later on they visit these sites to secretly fix problems. Work environment is very toxic.

    Advice to Management

    Replace the upper management.

I have been working at Munters full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the people are very nice and down to earth.

    Cons

Training is very short and expectations of you knowing your job inside and out as a new comer is high. Work environment is bleak with little to no hope for advancement. Its a never ending task trying to find tools that work and when management is asked to get updated tools or tools that are just necessity, their answer is...(its not in the budget). Pay is ok, for someone with little to no rent and no family to provide for. Munters definitely does not pay what the workers are worth. Too much politics. Extremely high turn over rate. This company is like a rotating door for employees.

    Advice to Management

Pay your workers what they deserve. Give deadlines that are realistic. Look for change in some line leaders or just replace them. Communicate with your employees to see how their doing and ask questions to find out if their are any problems that need to be dealt with or ask if they need anything that would help make their job a little easier to help production and reduce stress.

    Pros

There are none , pay is low. Company needs to train supervisors and leads on people skills and please teach them english.

    Cons

Work is done in a very hot ware house setting, there is no air flow, water coolers are unsanitary, leads are screaming out orders rushing people to get work done! Don't recommend to anyone.

    Advice to Management

Hire people that can speak English! Install a/c it's stupid to build a/c units in a building with no a/c for the workers, take of your employees!

I worked at Munters full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The Ag Market will always exist and employee turn over is low, so there is a bit of job security.
The products are quality and strong in the markets.

    Cons

Because of the low employee turn over rate, not much change for advancement.
Leadership is very disconnected. Communication is poor and often to little to late.
The company has good foundation for core values but ,its all talk and little practice.
Lack of resources make for a very stressed working environment. Little consideration is made for employee stress levels or really low moral.

    Advice to Management

Empower your employees. Delegate and do not micro manage. Talk to the employees and LISTEN.
If there is a negative, do not respond with addition task to fix the problem, this just shuts down the truth. Adding more to an already full work load is not the answer.
Look for employee strengths and utilize them.
