Genuinely care about people in the organization and communities and has high moral and ethical principles. Good pay and benefits. Treats contractors as equals to employees.

I have been working at Murphy Oil part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Its always great to meet new coworkers, get to know your customers, all while having a laid back job and flexible hours.

    Cons

Management could use some work. The hours could be better. They advertise benefits but will not provide you woth the hours necessary unless you are a manager or assistant manager.

    Advice to Management

If you can't pay cashiers more, or give the benefits that are advertised, at least give the hours we need to pay the bills.
