    Pros

This company is usually a viable company to work for under normal conditions.

    Cons

This company is poorly managed with a retroactive approach to challenges and growth. They do not value employees and have no idea what each part of the organization is doing at any given time. Very poor career development.

    Advice to Management

Take more of an interest in valuing and rewarding loyal and hard working employees- giving everyone the opportunity to grow with and contribute to the company.
