    Pros

Crew - I had a decent crew. Location - it was close to home. Job - the job was pretty cut and dry.

    Cons

Pay was dreadfully low with all our added tasks as well as new hires getting a dollar more while the older guys got nothing. Communication was awful we didn't find out that the company we worked for were changing security companies until a month before we were to leave the site. The hours sucked I pulled a solid 14 days straight of 12 hour days and had to come back from vacation early after my daughter was born to cover for another guard and our supervisor. We were red headed step children no one wanted to supply us with anything be it a cart to drive the lot to flashlights and radios.

Not the best place to work

Jan 6, 2019 - Security Guard in Chattanooga, TN
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

If you want to work extra shifts, I'm sure they have some extra hours to give.

    Cons

They always want you to work extra shifts because of people calling off. They don't care if you've worked 80 hours in one week, if someone doesn't show to relieve you, they expect you to stay past your shift to cover them. The pay is minimum.

    Pros

You can't expect much from an unarmed security guard position in terms of advancement and opportunity. Easy to learn, relaxed environment My supervisor was the chillest dude ever

    Cons

My site personally didn't have too many problems, but people tend to not show up for work at dead-end jobs like these. Expect to fill in
