    Pros

Worked indoors and with some benefits.

The way recruiters find talent is borderline illegal.

    Advice to Management

Don't be so judgement with all the applicants. Use the data and create training programs for those without degrees.

I have been working at Murray Resources full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Murray Resources has been everything and more that I could have wanted or even imagined. After working in a very hostile and frankly toxic place of employment for almost a year Murray Resources has instilled in me that professionalism, loyalty, and integrity do in fact still exist in the workplace. The people are absolutely amazing. Day in and day out they remind you how much they truly do care about not only the success of the company but you as a person. Good pay, great work life balance, good people... not sure what else I could ask for. Hands down the best recruiting firm in the city!

    Cons

I realize this sounds crazy but I honestly can't come up with a con or a negative at this point... Loving it everyday!

    Advice to Management

My advice would simply be to keep doing what you are doing! Can't wait to see where this organization goes!
