    The worst.

    Pros

Awesome gym (no longer exists) and the people (who aren’t trying to undermine you and get you fired)

    Cons

Poor leadership through and through. It’s a shame this company crumbled like it did, there was so much potential had it not been controlled by such incompetent individuals. The worst reviews for this business have been removed, which really highlighted why this is such a toxic environment with no moral code or logic.

    Pros

Great branding and some great people

    Cons

CEO is completely clueless when it comes to business and strategy. He is driving a great company into the ground. He’s unfortunately not a bright guy but very reactive and greedy.

    Pros

Great products that really do work. Incredible people who do the work to make this product . Great facility allowing athletes to train.

    Cons

Nobody in leadership should be trusted . Many broken promises, no integrity. Upper management is a revolving door. It is only about making money for the CEO

Worst company I've ever worked for...

    Pros

They over pay employees to compensate for the terrible working environment, lack of communication, and poor leadership. Use of gym, equipment was old however having a facility on site was a plus.

    Cons

CEO Ryan Drexler, has poor leadership ability, communication, and is in dire need of a good executive team to lead this company. Just let go 90% of their workforce to up and move company to LA with virtually no communication. Executives are syphoning money from the company to fill their own greedy pockets. Employees had bonuses and incentives taken away, yet Executives were paid bonuses even when the company is running a net loss. For vendors trying to do business with MP, think again, they will wait to pay for services/goods as long as possible (over 120 days in most cases) and then will refuse to pay the whole amount without getting some sort of discount. Everything about this company is shady and unethical.
