I have been working at Mustang CAT full-time

    Pros

Tons of freedom, fantastic brand recognition in sales role. Mustang is incredibly well respected in the oil and gas industry as a power systems vendor

    Cons

The oil and gas industry is volatile and the cycles are getting shorter and shorter. Really have to strike while things are good

I have been working at Mustang CAT full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

God benefits. Company in general is great to its employees. Good hours and weekends off if working in the shop.

    Cons

Working in El Campo is its own con... management is hard to deal with there.... And at that location your under paid compared to the rest of the company and industry.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees like they should be. And show that you care about them and show respect to them
