I worked at Mutual of Omaha full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Stable Company, Decent Pay, Good Training, Change to earn bonuses (if you can sell)

    Cons

High Stress environment, Lots of upset customers, Lots of pressure, Call center environment, No upward career opportunities, Too many rules to follow, Miss your sales numbers two months in a row and your fired.

    Advice to Management

Don't grade your employees on quite so many different criteria (it's hard to keep all those balls in the air). Make those sales expectations easier to hit.
