My Family Lounge is a rarity in the start-up world. They realize not everything can happen overnight and respects the learning process. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get in on the ground floor of a company that treats its employees and clients with the utmost respect. - Core Values, Strong Employee Enablement, and Empowerment. - Wonderful growth opportunities. They really encourage you to get better and grow into your role, which is amazing for those looking for growth in their careers. - They respect employees and their work-life balance, a rarity in the current job market. They truly care about their employee's well-being. - Being a young company Leadership takes everyone's suggestions to heart, no right or wrong answer. - A very collaborative work environment where your voice will be heard and appreciated. - I feel connected to the executive team. I I00% believe they’ll listen to and act on my feedback.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but you sometimes lose that in-person connection with remote work. The company does a good job connecting with employees on a daily and weekly basis which helps with that need for personal connection. They are also working on bringing employees together in person once they feel it is safe due to COVID.

Pros

It is a great pleasure to work with My Family Lounge. The leadership is well organized, humble, communicative, supportive and flexible. The culture is very welcoming and everyone feels like family (dogs included)!

- We are a primarily remote company, so therefore all employees are not always able to be present at our office location during our in-person work sessions.

My Family Lounge has very knowledgeable and professional employees, they care for the well-being of their employees, they provide health benefits and flexible schedules. There are many opportunites to learn and grow within My Family Lounge and work your way into a fulfilling career.

The company is on the smaller side, so everyone works closely together to accomplish tasks, which has created an accepting and open culture. You are constantly being empowered and encouraged to try new things, allowing you to find your true passion and feel like you are working on the company, not simply for the company.

The organizational culture is very welcoming and inclusive. Employees are empowered by letting them have ownership of tasks and be responsible for its overall management.

Cons

Not really a con, but since the organization is still in its early stages of growth there isn't much scope for employee succession development.
