I worked at My Fit Foods part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good starting pay (for myself at least). I feel like MFF has potential to create a good company culture, however, they aren't going about it correctly.

    Cons

It has been awhile since I have worked here, however, while I was there, there were many problems. I thought that overall the company was very unstable and that they had a lot of work-life balance issues. I also felt that upper management was trained to be "hoverers". They pop up out of nowhere often and appear to want to find you doing something wrong. While I understand that this is sometimes necessary, I felt like they were coming from a place of mistrust. If you cannot trust your workers, then don't hire them.

I worked at My Fit Foods part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Able to gain cash handling and sales experience while learning different nutritious values regarding dietary restrictions. Met a few great people.

    Cons

Store management was terrible and openly made me do chores other employees were not asked to do. Such as get on my knees and scrub the bathroom floors, inventory when it was delivered firing other employees shifts, etc.

    Advice to Management

If you have a good store manager, stay with the company. If not, leave before you get stuck in a bad situation.
