    Pros

The children and family connections are meaningful, good first job if in High School

    Cons

Management lacks communication and leaderships skills, pay is not worth amount of work put into the job, long hours, constantly sick and run down, breaks are little to non existent especially during weekends teaching classes and going straight into parties, pay check amount inconsistent some weeks, not team players main concern are sales rather than the training or happiness of staff

    Advice to Management

Value your staff, their happiness results in duration working there, treat families with respect, don't look at them as $$

I worked at My Gym Enterprises part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun, laid back environment to work. We had a great team at the time, but here's the thing - you have to have a good team. You have to be working with people who are willing to be silly and go all out in terms of energy. If someone is slacking, it affects the classes and parties. But when everyone is on the same page, it is just a fun environment to be in.

    Cons

Everyone has to be on the same page. Can definitely be tiring when you have multiple classes in a row and multiple parties. You are given breaks though.

I worked at My Gym Enterprises full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The kids were best part about working here

    Cons

They train you the way they want the classes done, and even after you watch, listen and repeat...they still find reasons as to why you’re not doing things correctly. The owner of the gym I worked at was a rude, pushy person, signing new memberships was her main focus.

    Advice to Management

Don’t be so quick to dismiss people who really tried their best and wanted to be there.
