    Pros

    1) Great opportunity for anyone with a passion for sports and a passion for helping others fulfill their dreams by helping them raise much needed funds.
    2) Will have the opportunity to gain much hands-on experience.
    3) Offers employees good benefits/insurance packages.
    4) Pleasant working environment (high level of comradery and friendship among the staff).

    Cons

    1) No opportunity to earn a higher salary (or one that is deserved) due to the size of the business.
    2) No opportunity for advancement due to the structure of the company.
    3) As a result, very high turnover rate among employees (can prove costly for any small company).
    4) As a result, growth of company has been very slow (unfortunately, too many internal issues that have prevented them - and many of their clients - from achieving greater success).

    Advice to Management

    1) Must do a better job of reducing employee turnover (i.e. hiring and retaining good employees).
    2) Encourage your employees to take more initiative, and reward those who do.
    3) Be more willing to listen and implement ideas and suggestions offered by your employees (helps boost morale, which also helps improve performance and increase productivity in the workplace).
    4) Try not to criticize employees when mistakes are made (diminishes an employee's pride or self-esteem, not to mention the fact that it might cause resentment on their part).
    5) Avoid trying to do too much with too few employees (Must achieve the right balance...less is more!)
