I worked at Myntra full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not well formalized in process and in stage of evolution so good opportunity to learn many things

    Cons

Will not get recommendation of work unless you are from top tier institute
Will not get good salary if you are not from top tier institute even though you are working at same level.
Work culture is need to be balanced out across all departments... no biasing should be there in between department for availability of resources

    Advice to Management

Need more transparent HR policies...It should not like what HR speaks gets convert into policy
equal distribution of roles and responsibilities and need to focus and work on establishing processes..
need to work on having more stability amongst senior management which will help to bring clarity amongst middle level for their growth and opportunities

I worked at Myntra full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Company is awesome to work. People are so competitive. the environment is also very good.
Myntra is a fast growing company in Indian market. they always come up with new ideas. The good thing about the company is that they have lots of fun.
Party, fashion shows, employee activity, celebrity visits, outings etc. This keeps the spirit of working alive.

    Cons

    Management:
Climbing ladder here is a bit difficult. Like other companies the promotion depends on 'person of interest'. even if boss likes for your good work, it does not mean that you will get your fare share.
People are deep in politics here. It should be avoided. Myntra pays good but most of the people do not work as they are paid.

    Advice to Management

start paying people who actually work. IIT, NIIFT or IIM people are not always best. start recognizing people who have potential to change or create many things.

I have been working at Myntra full-time

    Pros

Though it depends from team to team, but as far as my team is concerned, everyone is quite talented, and offers something unique to learn from them.

Everyone is quite approachable, be it your manager, some other manager, or even the CTO, CEO

    Cons

Need to find more office space as the current one has gotten a little crowded

    Advice to Management

Regularly talk to not just your direct subordinates, but the people working under them as well. Sometimes, managers may try to paint a rosy picture (eg: give an optimistic picture about deadlines etc), but on ground level, it may take a little longer. And your demeanor trickles down to all levels, so do try to be strict, but patient as well (not that I'm saying they're impatient, just an advice)
