I have been working at N3 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

N3 is very entrepreneurial in nature and fast paced. If you have that spirit you will grow fast and learn a lot. You're given a number of opportunities to try new things and gain valuable business experience. It's really up to you to make the most of what N3 has to offer.

    Cons

The fast paced growth has created some operational bumps, but nothing more than you'd find in any company. But it's clear management is focused on trying to fix those.

    Advice to Management

Continue expanding communication and providing opportunities for people to grow.

I have been working at N3 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

N3 is a great place to learn within the domain of Microsoft technologies. Everything is on its cutting edge. Once you have to discipline yourself you will learn a lot.
Most colleagues are friendly, informative, helping each other.

In an office building of 500+ employees, we have many managers of course. I see some people complain about the management on glassdoor.com. Well, "life is like a box of chocolate".

I would say if by any chance you are under the leadership, such as Darren Silver, he will sure be taking care of your career growth. He puts you in courses to sharpen your skill set. And you perform.

    Cons

Free soda, coffee, tea, snacks, ... make your belly getting bigger and bigger.

Hey colleagues, when you are using lunch in the lunch room (public area), please turn off the audio or use an earphone.

    Advice to Management

Please put up 401k matching, and a better health care package.

    Pros

You learn Microsoft product and meet great coworkers. You get to play ping pong and video games and won't even n be reprimanded if you're one of the favorites

    Cons

There is no security. They "lay people off" constantly. No job security no matter how responsible you are. Try sucking up or providing recreational brownies and you might make it there

    Advice to Management

Why bother- they know the place is a sham.

I have been working at N3 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Good pay for those no prior experience
    - The people that you work with are all very cool people. I've made a lot of good friends working here over the last 1+ years.
    - You will learn about a lot of great technology.
    - You will also learn how to sell said technology, and skills to sell that are invaluable on advancing your career.
    - If you do your job, do not complain and show that you are invested in helping the company and clients you are in good shape.

    Cons

    No 401K matching.

I'm convinced there are no promotions in this company. They'll tell you about 5 of the 20 or whatever execs they have now that started as BDR's when you first start, but I've seen them hire about 6 new directors since I've started and none of them have been promoted from within the company. That's annoying, and it makes you wonder what you're even doing there in the first place.

You can get fired on a whim as well, sometimes just because your campaign is ending. You can go from a top performer to canned in a matter of months if your numbers aren't satisfactory.

No chance of working from home ever, even though there are days where there is no reason to be at the office when everything is done on a computer.

It's all about the campaign you're on at the end of the day. Managers are pressured by directors for numbers, and as a BDR you are the one that is responsible for those numbers. Do your job and there are no issues. Not always that easy though.

    No 401K marching.

    Advice to Management

Show more transparency about how reps stand, give some more leeway on hours and working from home, and promote more from within. Also, match 401K.

    Pros

Biweekly breakfasts and lunches. Great employees. Everyone seemed to get along really well.

    Cons

Many of the employees were overworked and overwhelmed. Workloads seemed to keep getting bigger and compensation stayed the same. Communication is probably the biggest issue in the company.

    Pros

Nothing! HR treat you like s... People are scared of management and always thinking about losing their job! They humiliate people and fire you in front of everyone!

    Cons

Terrible company! No management, people are not qualified, the less you work the more they like you! Employees spend time talking to each other, watching you tube videos, social networks sleeping in their offices and even watching porn! The HR it's terrible and have no manners on how to treat employees. I feel bad for Microsoft and other companies that hire N3 thinking that they will do the job!

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees like humans!

    Pros

Great place to work. The company challenges your adaptability to learn an array of technologies your professional sales skills win business for pool of technical clients. N3 has changed to terrain for rapid revenue growth.

    Cons

The company needs to develop a intuitive training schedule for on boarding new employees. Pay range could be 15% higher than some of the competition but overall it's fair.
