I have been working at N3 full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This job is cherry. I have a lot of flexibility, and the ask is simple. I love that I know what my job tomorrow is going to be - and I love that it can be done efficiently. It's super easy to hit targets with a little bit of motivation.

    Cons

No 401k Match... What a bummer

    Advice to Management

    Thanks!

I worked at N3 full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free snacks, flexibility with paid time off, provides experience working with big name companies and their systems

    Cons

Alright so there is quite a bit. The main one is the high turnover rate which is an effect of a lot of different factors. Pay is lower than it should be, there is poor communication between you and your manager, and expectations vary wildly for people that hold the same position depending upon your project. I have also been witness to repetitive and highly questionable practices which are just begging for a lawsuit sooner...

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more, and give them solid financial benefits. I don't know if this aligns with your business model but if you did that and focused your recruiting on hiring qualified people you would not struggle nearly as much with having to constantly hire people as replacements and only grow the office at a snail's pace. Also, try to be honest with yourselves and your employees. I can honestly state working at...

I worked at N3 full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It’s probably a good first job for new grads. Decent pay for the new grads. You could gain some knowledge in software sales. But, at the end of the day, it’s still a call center. It just deals with better products.

    Cons

Too many to list. There are many difficult people to work with because they have some strong ego. There is no collaboration or communication. There is no real manager who will support you. Always watch out your back. They will fire you when they don’t have a campaign to place you in and that happens quite often. You will be constantly fighting for bonuses. Often times, what you hear before you join is not the same...

I have been working at N3 full-time for less than a year

    Pros

N3 has been a great first step for me. I've changed industries into the tech field - and I feel as if I've gotten a lot of exposure to major tech companies and their products. Hopefully one day I can see myself moving to a large firm like Microsoft, but for now I am very happy with the programs I am working.

    Cons

Targets can be tough - but I always exceed them :-)
