    Positive Outlook

I worked at N9NE GROUP full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Started on the bottom, but quickly worked my way to the top. It's a shame that this company is not what it used to be, but all the great memories are still there.

    Cons

My only complaint was my salary was low; but it was worth it for all of the experiences I gained.

    Advice to Management

I hope to continue to have the support, respect and care from future managers, that I received from N9NE Group Management.

    Pros

They do a lot of promoting from within and are open to letting you work at any of their locations. Compensation is good, HR is always available for questions during the hiring process.

    Cons

Work hours are difficult due to the industry they are in.

    Advice to Management

    None.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at N9NE GROUP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers embodied work hard and play hard philosophy. Tips were great. Benefits were industry standard, which is pretty good. Most of the managers were cool.

    Cons

Most of the hosts were out for themselves. Sometimes, certain people were promoted over more qualified people.

    Pros

Very easy place to work. Its a very warm environment that people actually enjoy working in. Its also very hard to get fired.

    Cons

Salaries are significantly lower than similar venues around town. There are a lot of weak links who keep their jobs without having much value.

    Advice to Management

Get tougher but not too tough.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

It's Vegas nightlife so your friends looking to get on the "list" will love you.

    Cons

    • Not a very smart bunch running the place.
    • Culture lacks in almost every respect. Office space is as dark and dreary as it gets.
    • Unfriendly environment.
    • Lots of not-so-smart people thinking they know better

    Advice to Management

Don't dictate. Ask for contributions. Don't be afraid to hire people who are clearly smarter than you.
