Good pay and fair work load for Delivery Drivers and Counter Sales staff. Work and hours are predictable. Store employees are friendly as are most customers.
Management is stressed and under a lot of pressure to meet sales goals each month. Politics and policies with upper management bring down my review a notch. Corporate needs to support store employees more when dealing with customer complaints. The customer isn't always right.
Advice to Management
Pay more attention to complaints from store employees.
