    Made life friends, dedicated team, some bonuses

    Cons

    started becoming a life, actually become depressed with covid and no help from hire ban and people quiting. Little extra help with professional customers not caring if there wasnt anyhelp. In the end it is all about money.

    easy access to owners / upper management good benefits stable industry / great co-workers good connections

    Cons

    Little room for upward growth. The nature of a smaller company is there is little from for forward career progress. Middle aged store managers clog up the employee growth funnel as they have 20+ years until they retire and remain in place, bottlenecking good employees below them stuck with entry level - slightly better pay until they have to leave to continue their own professional development.

    the people are the store level are great and most try their best, the discount is great

    Cons

    the systems are very outdated, theres a general feeling that district leadership and above dont really care about store personnel. There's generally an attitude amongst the company that they dont want to have corporate stores they somply want to distribute parts, because of this they are very quick to make cuts as fast as possible to the stores if the distribution center is struggling.

    Pros

    Flexible hours if you work at a location that's open late so its great for school. Great place to work if you love cars! Good management. Decent pay for college students.

    Cons

    It's a franchise type deal so not every Napa Auto parts has the same benefits or pay scales.
