    It’s a good company to work for if you can learn fast and have a positive attitude towards new challenges everyday. You will move up fast if you are driven to become grater. Opportunities are always available at Napa Auto Parts to grow.

    Cons

    If you can not motivate others to help you with your daily tasks, it will be difficult to be successful in this field. It’s a team effort.

    Pros

    Great benefits and pay. Management cares about you. Small things matter like Christmas gift cards and employee lunches. Family comes first, if you have an emergency you are taken care of.

    Bonuses are difficult to achieve

    The last 2 years have been a great change in the moral and culture. Keep up the great work.

    There are absolutely no pros.

    Cons

    The pay sucks. You’re promised raises every couple months and it doesn’t happen. You get yelled at and verbally bullied if you don’t do something that instant. While other employees take thousands of smoke breaks and don’t get yelled at.

    Pay attention to those doing work.

    - Customers create a bond with you
    - Most people in the company really do care about you
    - Fun job

    - Auto Care customers have more power then you
    - Employees who aren't worth your time are harder too get rid of
    - Walk in customers non stop complain about your prices, and want your part at AutoZones price

    Advice to Management

    Don't ever let anyone think you're just a driver, or a counter person, or just a assistant manager, you can make more of a impact at that store then the manager.

    Going to shops meeting great people

    In the store that i work at manager is knowledgeable about products . Though terrible in communication with employees. Only communicates with employees he wants to. Alot of upper management is this way . Though CEO is not .

    Send management to classes on communication
