    Pros

    Friendly Co-workers
    Helpful Atmosphere
    Opportunities for advancement

    Cons

    Only disrespectful customers occasionally
It's rough selling to trusted customers as a new counterman, but they eventually warm up to you

    Pros

    Benefits
    Training
Pay is okay but it could be better.

    Cons

With 90+ years of business one would think they would be more stable. They move Corporate Management from district to district to much. That in turn means they move personnel at the company store level around too.

Personally I feel that makes things unstable.

    Cons

Job description is good, but they can only afford to pay you minimum wage. So its not worth it unless you have no bills or your just starting out working

    Advice to Management

Up the pay rate and you'll keep more employee's

Great coworkers, mostly. A lot of opportunity to learn. Blue shirts.

Typical corporate mismanagement. Inflexible and oftentimes unreasonable quotas. Insufficient staffing for the amount of work expected done.

Abuse is not a sustainable management tactic for retaining your best employees.

I worked at NAPA Auto Parts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good discounts on car parts and the coworkers were all really nice people. Work is easy except for the rare occasion you have to deliver heavy duty break drums those things weigh like 80 lbs

    Cons

Low pay very little to no vacation, short lunch break, almost all delivery drivers got cut back to part time so no benefits

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more and really listen to what they have to say when it comes to suggestions for the company
