    I worked at NAPCO full-time

    Pros

    Great environment to work in. Management is very involved and works side by side with employees.

    Cons

    Those with seniority (non management ) seem to have more control then the actual managers do.

    Advice to Management

    Same rules should apply to all employees.

    Pros

    Big money, big boys, big egos and no women at the top.

    Cons

    Dont trust anyone. Its a back stabbers paradise. If you like low pay and being unappreciated this is your land of the fat cats.

    Advice to Management

    Strut of the fat cats. Hear the swish swish of the fat cats. Old white. But mostly old.

    lot of reasons actually, the main thing was travelling outside Lebanon and working under pressure for different shifts.

    Leading a team which has a minimum of 10 years experience in this field
