I worked at NASCAR as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great coaching and learning experience, fun a professional environment, perfect experience for someone trying to start a career in motor sports.

    Cons

The hours are short (usually around 30 a week) and the pay is not the best. Sometimes you can get bored in the office.

    Advice to Management

Arrange more tasks for interns to do, often times found myself wondering around the office looking for tasks to fill my time.

I have been working at NASCAR full-time

    Pros

If you are looking to work in sports, NASCAR is an exciting place to be right now. Lots of change going on from top down, and excellent people throughout the organization. Can be a lot of growth opportunity, depending upon your job. Solid benefits package.

    Cons

Common to hear from most that compensation can be on the lower end of the range for entry level jobs, so hard to bring in new people. Hours can be tough at times as NASCAR has a long season.
