Cons
There are list of cons but I want to highlight only on most important part ie career of any person. They play with the career of person. First they make you sign a bond of Rs. 2 Lakh and more. Yes you heard it right above 2 Lakh with minimum tenure 3 years or more. So you can't think to exit before that. If you think they will ruin your life and career by marking you as absconded. Now coming to the after bond part, they are ask you to sign an agreement restricting joining any competitor (list of more then 200 companies) at the time of joining that part you never have imagine but it came later after serving bond period. They will not issue you relieving letter and all, also they might fill suit against you. So practically exit is not possible. Now coming to companies environment - 100 politics, No life only work ( more than 12 hour shift through out the year), No personal growth. There 80 percent staff wants to quit if they give option even without new job. I am wondering how company can do this level of harresment and extortion. Lastly I will suggest don't go by my words ask any close employee you will get the hole picture. Don't join this company even if you need to sit ideal for 1 year or more.

No work life balance
Mar 4, 2023 - Sr. Executive Accounts in Jaipur, RajasthanRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Work timing is flexible and sometimes depending upon your TL you can get wfh. I have come to know from internal gossips (my increment is due and have not received a call from HR yet) that here increments are good, but this time they didn't even give bonus/gifts etc for diwali and now leave encashment is also excluded from, leave policy, so not sure about that also.
Cons
There is no professionalism in the company. (More of a lala company) HR role is limited and only the management who also happens to be your colleagues have the sole authority over your increments, leaves etc. No work life balance is here and sometimes even have to work while you are on leave. Stringent exit policy makes this company a big no. Also, existence of lots of team make it difficult to coordinate for even simple tasks.
