I joined NAV soon after completing my professional degree and I would say it’s not only a great place to begin your career but in fact a wonderful place to develop a successful career. The work culture is very good and encouraging and provides a supportive environment. You get hands on training and always feel like that you are an important part of a team. NAV invests lot in training and developing its employees which helps with your personal and professional growth. It is very exciting to be a part of such a great and fast growing organization!!!

I have been working in this organization for quite a long period and see myself continuing with it because it offers tremendous learning opportunity in the Alternative Investment Industry. Approach of the Leaders here is very dynamic and Innovative which flows from top to bottom and gives everyone an opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

I think the organization is already contributing, however, it can still increase its contribution to Social welfare.

drawbacks : organization structure, work environment, proper hiring and year end review process, adequate criteria for promotions and increment, freedom for employees to leave the company if they intend to
