I have been working at NBCUniversal full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fun environment, great employee events, opportunity to meet many professionals in the industry.

    Cons

The pay is typically not negotiable when starting at an entry level position. They restructure and lay off employees very often. Hard to move around the company.
