- Good company culture at the company, good company to work for because of the strong culture

Cons
Divisions tend to complete work in silos
I worked at NCCI Holdings full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Benefits and perks are great. Pros of the day to day job I guess depend on the department. Heard other departments were great.
Cons
Operations division is horribly micromanaged, and quality "checking" your job every week is kind of creepy-stressing, especially because some of it, is subjective and depends on the reviewer's point of view. I met people who couldn't sleep the day before the incriminating emails were sent, I think every Thursday (salary increase is tied to quality and productivity).
It seemed that some of the quality reviewers had the position based on seniority only and not knowledge or common sense.
Trainer was not good. She had chosen easy examples for the class and got impatient if you asked about complicated scenarios.
I worked at NCCI Holdings full-time (More than 5 years)
Pros
Cafeteria, gym, daycare, dry cleaning on site.
Cons
Customer service jobs are on the low end of the pay scale which is difficult when the cost of living in South Florida is expensive. Many co-workers had second jobs in order to fill that gap.
I have been working at NCCI Holdings full-time (More than 8 years)
Pros
NCCI provides many opportunities to contribute to the team and to the organization. Employees can pursue many ways to develop. Lots of room for learning and growth. Fantastic benefits including telecommuting and great matching for 401K Plans.
Cons
The company is working on reducing silos by focusing on alignment and strategic planning. Leadership is getting better at communicating with staff.
Advice to Management
Revisit the Cascading System of Indicators to be more focused; get the employees involved in working on the issues.
