I have been working at NCI full-time

    Pros

    It's a paycheck, a small one but a paycheck.

    Cons

Just about everything. They will bid on contracts with a below basement number just to win said contract then force you to take a 10 to 20K a year pay cut. In doing this, they lose much of the top-tier talent they have and end up trying to hire replacements who will work for the meager wages they offer. You get what you pay for. The benefits are as good as the pay.

    Advice to Management

Quit cutting employees off at the knees by slashing their pays. That is the whole reason people go to work, to earn a paycheck.

I have been working at NCI full-time

    Pros

Flexible, and laid back. Management is very caring and understanding. The hardest part of this job is staying awake.

    Cons

The salary is very low for a RN, but you can't expect a lot because the work is very easy and not stressful.

    Advice to Management

    Na

I have been working at NCI full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Cool positions and environments to work in. Co-workers were almost all nice interesting people.

    Cons

Job titles were not accurate and compensation was below industry averages by a large margin.

    Advice to Management

Give people job titles for the duties they perform, and average pay.

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule
    Casual Dress environment

    Cons

    Favoritism in upper management
    Unqualified Team Leads
No growth opportunities, within NCI, unless your a Nurse, IT Specialist or Military

    Advice to Management

What's the point? They do as they please and cover everything up.

I have been working at NCI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It's a paycheck a small one but that's something

    Cons

Nothing is documented too many assumptions. Managers only care about advancing not about employees or employee retention.
NCI is at best a body shop that wants butts in seats.

    Advice to Management

Quit making stuff up as you go. The communication from management and corporate is terrible and based on assumptions.

"Directionless, no vision, no true strategy resulting in serious growth."

    StarStarStarStarStar
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

People are essentially nice wherever you go and this is no different at NCI. Benefits are offered along the lines of many other companies in the same space.

    Cons

Departments work in silos and rarely engage with each other. Exceedingly poor first day and first month experience. No effort is made to create a welcoming atmosphere and outline what the company does or is trying to do. No sense of belonging to a shared vision.

    Advice to Management

I'd like to recommend an update to this website. Brian Clark hasn't been at NCI for months now. Do your research and you'll discover that thousands of workers check out Glassdoor.
