I worked at NCIX full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very nice coworkers. Management very hands off. Allows you to do your job without micro managing. Very flexible with hours and understanding. Good compensation and bonus structure. Great office space.

    Cons

Not too much cons here. Just not a lot of room for growth since everything is in Canada. If you don't mind that too much, this really isn't much of a con.

Former Employee - Junior Sales Associate

I worked at NCIX full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    None. Do not work here.

    Cons

-Was note paid for the first 6 weeks of employment due to "payroll issues"
-Bizarre way of dealing with cash payments made for inefficient transactions (no registers, had to bring them to the back to non-English speaking member of the owner's family). Probably has something to do with tax evasion
-Attempted to bully employees into attending non-paid "seminars" at different store locations after working hours
-Senior Sales Associates were often not paid their commission
-All upper management positions were held by family/extended family members of CEO
-Extremely poor logistics chain (also managed by non-English speaking family members of CEO) meant we were constantly out of stock, or that customers would often have to wait weeks for orders that could've easily been delivered in days

    Advice to Management

Hire competent professionals instead of your incompetent family members, Steve. Paying your employees what they're owed would help too.
