    Pros

Good location easy commute from overland park, great hours, you get an hour lunch, friendly people to work with. Overall cool company

    Cons

No benefits, we was laid off without notice. They tried to have half the company off for two weeks and then the other come in...just to find out our job was ending...it was a horrible experience.

    Advice to Management

Better communication is much needed. Offer benefits to your employees. Find a better way to clock in in the morning than 1 central time clock.

I have been working at NCO Financial full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people I worked with were for the most part thoughtful, hard working and helpful. In my position I dealt with a wide variety of employees and only twice in those interactions did I run into people that weren't helpful.

    Cons

Management is out of touch with employees, company culture is toxic, cronyism is rampant and the pay is terrible. The benefits are also terrible -and the price has gone up consistently every year to the point of outstripping any cost of living increase in wage.

    Advice to Management

For a company that has a corporate goal to retain top talent, stop blaming the employees for everything and lead instead of dictate. Stop chasing away top talent by working them to the point of burnout and publicly shaming them in meetings like toddlers.
