RecommendsPositive OutlookI worked at NCO Financial Systems
Pros
I loved working for NCO Financial EPALS in Las Vegas, NV because I loved being an advocate for those in need. As a Patient Eligibility Specialist/Patient Advocate NCO gave me the opportunity to use my skills and experience to be a service to individuals and families who needed medical service and coverage. I especially enjoyed working with my team. For 6 years I worked for NCO and wished there was room to grow within the company.
Cons
The only issue I had working for NCO is that it was hard to get noticed even after 6 years of being one of the top reps. In the current work environment it's tough to get recognition for promotional opportunities or just some token for a great job.

Good commission every month if you hit your goal.

Unrealistic expectations when it comes to calling consumers. You had to say everything correctly, Too easy to make one little mistake and get written up for it. Very stressful. Good money, but always feel like your job is on the liine every day.
