    I worked at NCO full-time

    Pros

I suppose the fact that you're working with tech like the iPhone and XBox are cool, as are most of the co workers.

They don't properly prepare you to do your job. We had to help people with iPhones, but they didn't so much as give us an iPhone to use to become familiar with. I worked at NCO full-time for more than 3 years

    Cons

This place was a joke. Management was never to be seen. Our so called bonuses were never given out. Bumped to supervisor position because ours quit one day. Here I have the police on my phone telling me my house was broken into and you're going to write me up for leaving. Not paid enoughand training was a joke.
