    They have brought a lot of wonderful changes. Raises have increased, more training and increased benefits.

    Cons

    There are no cons really. The people I work with are very nice.

    the company is great but some of the people in the management level on some accounts were not.

    be mindful of your employees, and the reasons why these great people are leaving.

    Pros

    best about nco first the management very organize, all people working there is very friendly and easy to approach. second is the ambiance of the place very accessible there's alot of store/stall where in you can buy foods and other necessity, near to transportation like mrt. the most i like the most is the health insurance even though your not regular employee they will give you a health card were you can use if ever you got sick.. sounds great right :)

    Fist of all I have to say that it is a great company to work for, they have highly educated people which make NCO a place where you can grow you career. they also provide a great salary!

    Cons

    The “real” conversations happen offline, rather than face-to-face. If people can’t say what they really feel in public, they’ll still say it – but to third parties.

    Pros

    - Some great changes have come in the play since the implementation of The FCA.
    - Internal and External Customers have the right customer journey
    - There are plenty of opportunities for Internal Progression

    Cons

    - Some times it can be more reactive in stead of proactive, But the company has come a long way since I started which shows that are constantly adapting to market change.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure that your staff feel valued and continue to motivated them. It important to be proactive instead of reactive.
