Pros
Very Flexible and understanding. Interns were given the ability to create a research project and develop innovative solutions to better databases. The staff was constantly supportive and always encouraged us to think outside the box and develop our own way of thinking.
Cons
Didn't have much other projects at the time.

Pros
Great people. Great atmosphere. Great opportunities.
Cons
None, none, none, none, none
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Yearly bonus, friendly co-workers, free uncovered parking, non-profit company with goals of helping people, occasional company paid lunch/team building.
Cons
Disorganized management, frequent missed deadlines, poor project planning, no collaboration, strict dress code, strict attendance requirements, stressful environment, heavy office gossip and general employee disdain for the company.

Pros
The company does pay 100% of employee medical benefits. (However, it does not offer any insurance benefits for spouses or family members. )
Cons
Everything. Do yourself a favor and look up a current or former employee on LinkedIn. Talk to someone about this place before you even CONSIDER working there. No one is happy there except for top management. (In fact, it is a sure bet that the few positive Glassdoor reviews here were written by management themselves. If they would try to actually MAKE it a good place to work instead of PRETENDING it is a good place to work, they would be much better off.) (Who would list "4 dress codes" as a good thing?? Who has dress codes anymore anyway?) But of course they do have a strict dress code and a very rigid attendance policy, with no telecommuting or working from home allowed. Even if you stay really late to finish a project the night before, you are expected to be at your desk on the dot at the start of your shift the next day. Management actually does "bed checks" at the end of the shifts to make sure no one leaves early. The atmosphere is oppressive and extremely depressing. There is no work-life balance and it is very difficult to work out any type of arrangement for school events, ballgames, doctor appointments, etc. You are allowed EXACTLY one hour for lunch and believe me, you are watched and scolded if you punch in late. It is so demoralizing. I was extremely happy and relieved when I landed another job and could escape that harmful, hateful and damaging environment.

Pros
100% covered Health insurance for each employee, annual company bonus, 401k match and employee club
Cons
No growth opportunities, expensive to add family members to insurance plan, old school mentality, management is unprofessional and doesn't value employees work or skills, time clock watchers, stressful work environment, makes you take an hour lunch, and the pay scale is on the low side.

Potential for annual bonus, annual team building event, health insurance (for employee)
Cons
Low pay. No flexibility or work/life balance. Super toxic. Culture encourages people to throw people under the bus. 4 dress codes! Way behind the times.
