I have been working at NCR full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

free soda, food trucks come up in summer

    Cons

Horrible lack of management and direction. They have 20 PMs for each project, none of the PMs take ownership and point a lot of fingers. Most PMs (especially in the Epsilon division) have no technical background and spend 40 hours a week making spreadsheets and delegating work to contractors hired as PMs.
Very negative and political work environment, if you want to get one thing done you need to bargain with 20 people. Co-workers are extremely territorial and confrontational.
ALL the actual coding work is done in India by inefficient teams that find it hard to communicate in English, this translates to a lot of re-work in the Alpharetta office and very early meetings every day (6-7AM).
Do not work here if you are under 30. This place will sap the energy out of you and offers NO upwards mobility whatsoever, unless you agree to skip work to eat 2 hour lunches and laugh at the silly jokes your incompetent PM makes.
The onsite gym is is also horrible and does not have a bench/squat rack = no gains.

    Advice to Management

Fire your incompetent managers, bring in technical PMs, fire uncooperative employees, move out of Alpharetta to Midtown ASAP
