    Pros

    Great solutions, good front line staff and market that wants to work with NCR, they have what it takes just need to coherent path to success

    Cons

    The shared services seem to try and make life hard to do business. When people want to by off you the answer is yes not, no because that line of business want there cut.

    Advice to Management

    Satisfaction KPI on all shared services team and score above 7 on NPS fire or SVP is fired. Make them accountable.

    NCR IS GOING DOWN as a result of mismanagement specially at customer level

    NCR does not follow policies they have created

    go get some skills and stop running enterprise organization like a playground

    there are very few pros to this company

    no work life balance
    reducing benefits every year
    abusive management
    no wage rises no bonuses
    high work load
    phone calls day and night weekends holidays

    get in touch with the employees and stop reducing conditions
