    I worked at NCRI full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    small company
    parking not a problem

    Cons

    If your opinions on anything differ from the management you will be fired. They profess to be something they are not. They fire you without any reason whatsoever. It's who you know that counts. Do not trust anyone there.

    Advice to Management

    Don't profess to be Christian and then treat your employees like they don't matter .

    Pros

    They pay for your monthly health insurance premium. Sadly, that's about the only "pro" to working here. Honestly can't think of anything else.

    Cons

    Too many cons to list them all here. Horrible lack of communication, respect, praise (or feedback in general) from management. This could help explain the incredibly high turnover rate, but it doesn't seem like they're figuring it out.

    Advice to Management

    Management should spend more time and effort communicating with and listening to all of their employees, no matter which location they work at. Employees in the main headquarters should not be treated differently than employees at other offices/locations.
