    Pros

    There is a lot of local projects in the company which is good for the employees in Permanent position and more employee benefits.

    Cons

    Too much work load, senior management does not care about the employee. Work culture is not as standard as western, Very hard to get promotion. Only good for the local people.

    depends on projects, some are really easy and relax, some are difficult

    A lot of projects and you can pick the right technology or expertise for you, good place to work and the people are very nice.

    too many paper certified people

    Advice to Management

    management needs to access people's capability assigning them to a project. some project members becomes burning rather than help.

    Pros

    Good place to start with, as it provides good learning opportunity. Staff is allowed to go for sponsored external training.

    Cons

    Being attached permanently to client's site does not make the staff feel very attached to NCS itself. Staff is least awared of what's happening back in NCS

    Advice to Management

    For those staffs who are stationed at client's site, they should be more awared what 's happening back at ncs too.
