    Flexible working hours, easy going colleges.

    Cons

    Endless OT, need to work on Sat and public holiday, bad project management.
    There will be no career if you are not a permanent staff.

    Big company, salary ok, working hours not that bad 8.30 to 6 with occasionally ot if needed.

    Cons

    Your experience will depend on which project you go into. There are good and bad projects. Good project will also turn into bad when the time is up.

    Good place for fresh graduates to kick start their career

    Stressful and demands long working hours with no official off-in-lieu, Can't say NO to clients, some permanents are just simply slackers and underperformers

    Pros

    Pay seems good to begin with, but once we realised that in the first 2 weeks we would be working around 12 hour days, this is not in our contract

    Cons

    Didn't get payed on time, poorly organised, kids often had nothing to do, were not payed enough for the hours we worked, no effort made to clock our hours

    Advice to Management

    Hours should be written down and clocked as proof of the hours that we have work and a break down of the pay should be given individually to each staff
