I worked at NDS InfoServ full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Old Employees are very good and salary hikes are too good only for Programmers and Supervisors...

    Cons

    Improper Infrastructure
Its like visiting temple everyday...remove your shoes.
    Management is very dominating.
Management can twist and amend all the rules for their benefit.
Management guys are expert in shouting, so please join if you want to increase your blood pressure.
    No Process at all
Get ready to become expert in Excel... Lot of daily reports and no work...Sometimes, 4-5 hours will be wasted just in creating different types of reports and work late to finish the assigned work.
Very Old Traditional technologies, no up-gradation at all.
Data Entry operators are treated very badly here by management... I really feel very pity for them.
They keep mark-sheets and also make everybody sign bonds for stopping employees.
Salary hikes are very good only for Programmers and Supervisors. Trust me, this is not blessing in disguise, because nobody will be willing to pay you outside.

    Advice to Management

    Serve Humanity...
